About us
Natural cooperation and practical approach
We operate worldwide and specialize in the realization of complete projects. For more than 25 years we have been active in this field, and we have a practical approach. We think simply, always with the customer in mind and in close cooperation with the customer. Our approach is based on practical experience. We often look at things differently from the theoretical approach, which proves to work in practice.

Methodology
Simple drawings and digital support
Working with work planners and draftsmen who deliver the project, we strive to keep drawings as simple as possible. So that people in the field can easily work with them. We embrace the digital world so that people out in the field can work easily and practically. We provide access to drawings on a variety of devices, such as phones, iPads, laptops, regardless of operating system. We use simple programs and apps that are accessible and understandable to all, regardless of language. We provide guidance and explanations as needed.
Practical experience and local involvement
In practice, experience is the best teacher. By doing, you learn the fastest. We work with local people and local subcontractors. We teach them how to build projects in the best possible way. We make sure the right machines are rented or purchased, depending on the customer's needs. We adapt to local availability and needs, such as excavators, cranes and tractors. We have work buckets made on site by local companies to avoid expensive machinery. Together with the customer, we make a plan of action and calculate how quickly the investment in machinery can be recovered. Our supervisors ensure that we have the right people for every part of the project and that everything is carried out to the best of our ability and delivered on time.
Planning and logistics for successful projects
Not only do we offer local training, but we can also provide it in the Netherlands. Before a project begins, employees can already gain experience on ongoing projects. We offer comprehensive guidance and advice on staffing and costs. We have to deal with staff shortages in many areas, but we try to make the work attractive and interesting. We plan timetables and project duration based on the personnel needed for each part of the project, both for construction and for the later cultivation process. Our ultimate goal is to have timely cultivation and harvesting.
Budget management and security with a focus on practical solutions
To complete projects on time, we also need to consider deliveries. We set up a delivery plan to match the project schedule, which in some countries requires us to consider limited time for deliveries. We consider storage needs, such as for materials such as bolts, nuts, sealant, glue and paint, which must be stored dry. We consider cost-saving and efficient options. We also provide storage for spare parts and packaging materials for our customers after project completion. We work with different budgets and establish a plan of action for each budget. We strive for safety, but we try to keep the work feasible and safe, taking into account local regulations. It is important to know how boiler houses should be secured and what should and should not be fireproofed, and we share our practical experience with the client. We try to get ahead of problems that are often overlooked in practice.
International activities and local economic support
Nowadays we deal more with investors than with horticulturists. There are more meetings and we have to accurately report the progress of the project. We understand that investors want to know the status and when the project will be ready. We try to provide this information as clearly and simply as possible and offer solutions if there are delays. We operate in countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, China, Japan, Ukraine, the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and Eastern Europe. We strive to use local resources and products as much as possible to save costs and support the local economy. In some cases, we can obtain materials locally, which can be beneficial for some grants.

Our motto is, "If you can't share, you can't multiply. We mediate the supply of greenhouses and everything that goes with them. We cooperate with reputable and flexible companies with extensive experience in the horticultural sector. Our extensive network allows us to connect customers with professionals, from greenhouse builders to gardeners, and from plant breeders to packaging companies. We strive to realize projects in cooperation with the customer as efficiently as possible and offer practical advice and a plan of action. We try to connect the right people and support them in making informed purchasing decisions and contracts. We value honest and clear communication without political language. We have extensive contacts with parties who can contribute to project financing and put our clients in touch with them.
